Youth Think Tank Report: What Makes Young Women Successful in STEM Careers

This report includes findings drawn from the narratives of over 150 young female STEM professionals in seven countries. We noticed themes in how young women discuss their
success in this sector. They each then spoke about the people who have supported them. Finally, they described the challenges and opportunities they experienced along the way: in training institutions, in employment searches, and in jobs on a daily basis. For these young women, people matter most.

State of the Nation
