So you want to travel overseas? You want to meet new people? Experience new cultures? Get a couple of fantastic new profile pictures?
Then save up some money, and go backpacking.
ICS is not a ‘gap yah’. It’s not a trip, or a holiday.
What it is, is an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime, 10-12 week placement where you will learn new skills and develop ones you already have. To have a real, lasting impact in developing communities in Africa and Asia. And to take your first steps on a life-long journey of taking social action through a 6 month Action At Home phase.
To be a General Participant you need to be 18-35. Aged 23-35? Apply to be a Team Leader!
Young people are the most affected by the most persistent problems in the world, yet are frequently overlooked as part of the solution. This is why, at Restless Development, we place young people at the forefront of everything we do.
And this is where you come in.
So come with us. Meet new people with us, experience new cultures with us, take some amazing photos with us (including several amazing profile pictures), all whilst having an incredible, positive impact on yourself and the world we all inhabit.
Rest less. Change more.
