Consulting with young people on the issues that matter to you.
We gather young people’s unique perspective through interactive consultations. We can utilise our diverse and active global network of young leaders to gather unique youth perspectives on a specific issue. Using a range of online and offline consultation methodologies, building on our youth-led research methodology, we can gather and analyse insights from young people across a range of contexts.
Developing your organisation’s Youth Engagement Strategy.
We can work with young people to design or adapt your Youth Engagement Strategy. This would involve establishing a Youth Panel of young people from within or outside your network and supporting them to develop and/or review your organisation’s strategy for youth participation, developing clear and tangible recommendations for your organisation to take forward. We can then support your organisation to implement these actions.
Building your organisation’s capacity in Youth Engagement.
We can develop and deliver bespoke online and offline training for your staff and leadership on meaningful youth engagement. Using interactive activities our expert youth facilitators can support teams to develop skills and knowledge on topics ranging from the diversity of the youth demographic to youth-created communications. We can support your team to identify clear next steps, share our experience, and develop practical tools and resources to support implementation.
Design and facilitate bespoke training and events for your youth audience.
We can design in-person and online training, workshops, events and resources for young people in your networks. We can either utilise our ready available resources or design tailored materials on topics ranging from project management and organisational capacity building to youth advocacy and campaigns. Our youth facilitators can help bring information to life using participatory and inclusive methodologies.
