Say hello to the young people transforming their communities!

In 2025, we launched Round Two of the fund, supporting an additional 67 young changemakers—bringing our total number of grantees to 100! From young marine environmentalists in the North West Highlands and a community arts project in Dewsbury, to a youth-led Welsh language grief service in Gwynedd and the UK’s first youth-led wheelchair rugby league in Chester, these projects reflect the diversity and brilliance of youth-led change across the UK
