Applying in Welsh
Young Gamechangers Fund can accept applications in Welsh. If you would like to apply in Welsh Language, please email ygf@globalfundforchildren.org. We will email you with the eligibility criteria and links to the Welsh language application forms.

The £4.5m Young Gamechangers Fund is on a quest to change the way youth-led funding is delivered forever!
We’re supporting young people across the UK transforming communities into safer, more sustainable and more inclusive places to live. If you are a young activist, campaigner, disrupter, co-operator, or social entrepreneur – then you’re exactly what we’re looking for!
This innovative fund shifts the power to young people between the ages of 10-25 years of age to support their vision to build communities of the future. In 2023, we launched our first round of funding for individuals and youth-led groups or organisations. After receiving an overwhelming response from across the UK, we identified 33 brilliant young gamechangers who are working on some very inspiring projects in their communities and we can’t wait to share what they’ve been up to! Young people have built this Fund from the ground up, co-designing branding and developing every aspect of the fund from the application process through to grant decisions.

Young people are transforming their communities! Meet some of our brilliant young gamechangers!
The Young Gamechangers Fund is committed to prioritising support for young activists who are creating communities that are prosperous, safe, diverse, equitable and inclusive, healthy, and sustainable. In particular, we wanted to support groups and communities that prioritise youth activism and shared power. In addition to funding, successful applicants also get access to peer support networks, training and mentoring to help their vision come to life – putting young people at the heart of change.
Developed by young people, the Young Gamechangers Fund is funded by the Co-op Foundation, in partnership with Co-op and the #iwill Fund; and delivered by the Global Fund for Children and Restless Development, alongside the Co-op Foundation.
