These are the members of the Restless Development Sierra Leone Board of Trustees.

Mohamed Alpha Jaloh – Board Chair

Mohamed Alpha Jalloh is an established trainer, researcher, motivational speaker and a development and parliamentary specialist with over 16 years of experience working with the NGO and Public sectors in Sierra Leone. He enjoys sharing knowledge with others and he has served as resource person in different subject around parliamentary strengthening, project management, youth development, innovative partnerships, cost of politics all at international platforms in UK, Tunisia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana and Nigeria. Mohamed has double masters degree in Governance and Leadership and Sustainble Development from the Institute of Public Administration(IPAM) and the Univeristy of Makeni(UNIMAK) respectively. He is presently the Director of Training and Strategy in the Parliament of Sierra Leone.

Josephine F Ngegba – Board Member

Josephine Ngegba is a final year student at the Institute of Public Administration and Management, (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone, pursuing a BSc in Public Sector Management. She is a youth and child’s advocate in Sierra Leone with several years of experience in advocacy and youth activism. She has been working with different organizations over the years to amplify the voices of young people at National and International forums. She is known for her ability to mobilize and coordinate programs, implement programs geared towards enhancing youth participation in national development. She finds pleasure in listening to music, cooking, and traveling.

Nyanda Abubakarr – Vice Chair

member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) an accredited professional body for people professionals in the United Kingdom. She holds a master’s degree in public administration (MPA. She has over 12 years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources Management and Administration. She has worked in leadership roles for the past eight (8) years, and she is currently the Head of Human Resources Organizational Development and Administration for ActionAid Sierra Leone. Nyanda has experience working with the public sector, INGO, and the Mining sector. She is also the founder of Shiloh Sierra Leone, a non-governmental organization that is focused on supporting people to be productive citizens. Her goal is to see  young people making meaningful contributions in their society and she is willing to serve in any way she can to ensure that goal is achieved

Fanta Daboh – Board Member

Fanta Daboh is the Country Representative of German Doctors e.V, providing leadership and strategic direction for all the German Doctors-funded projects in Sierra Leone. She has a bachelor’s degree in development studies and a master’s degree in sustainable development from the same university. She is presently enrolled at the University of Makeni in Sierra Leone to pursue another master’s degree in public health. She is a seasoned program planner, development specialist, and gender expert who has worked for different International non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone for more than 14 years. She is very passionate about community development. She is very skilled in project development, management, and using participatory techniques. She has supported and helped strengthened the policies and processes of both local and International organizations for a long time

Hassan John Sapateh – Board Member

Hassan John Sapateh has 10yrs experience across Programmes, Operations and Partnerships in the Development & Private Sector. Sapateh’s current Senior Leadership role as Local Leadership, Partnerships and Capacity Strengthening Coordinators at CRS excites him as he gets to interact with all aspects of organizational development, external relationships and representation, Partners Capacity Strengthening and quality project management. Excellent facilitation skills, DRRM, Youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and business development among other major skills acquired overtime. He holds a Masters in Peace and Development Njala University and Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies – University of Makeni. A candidate for a LL.B Hons. at Njala Uni. and a scholarship awardee pursuing an online MBA specialize in Operations Management.
