She has dedicated extensive efforts towards advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for young people, ensuring non-discriminatory access to these essential services.
Nikita is a fervent supporter of involving youth in decision-making processes and underscores the significance of evidence-based solutions to overcome developmental challenges. When not at work, Nikita enjoys traveling to the mountains, catching sunsets and collecting postcards.
