Megan McKinnon is Senior Partnerships Manager at Restless Development, based in London. She is an experienced fundraising leader who has established and cultivated meaningful partnerships with institutional, bilateral, and multilateral donors. Megan is passionate about supporting youth leadership, advancing gender equality, and driving impact through inclusive, intersectional approaches across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Her expertise spans gender, sexual rights, and democratic participation. She holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies and a Bachelor’s in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham.
