The GreenShift Nepal consortium, comprising CREASION, Restless Development Nepal, and Youth Innovation Lab, gathered in Bharatpur on March 24 and 25 for its bi-annual review. The two-day session focused on assessing project progress, financial management, and key learnings.

As GreenShift Nepal reaches the midway point of its second year, the review also looked ahead, discussing strategies for the coming months. The project, funded by the European Union, is a four-year initiative (2023-2027) aimed at promoting a just transition to a circular economy in nine municipalities across Bagmati, Madhesh, and Lumbini provinces.
Participants reflected on successes so far and identified areas for improvement. The meeting reinforced the importance of collaboration and collective leadership in ensuring the project continues to make meaningful progress toward sustainability.
