We are looking for a digital application/software development company, individual developer or youth-led technology enterprise to help us make this a reality!
Through the Agri-ELEVATED Project, Restless Development Zimbabwe is seeking a developer to design, develop, test and deploy a user-friendly digital platform for young farmers and agripreneursin Zimbabwe.
The platform will connect young farmers to:
- Agricultural & climate-smart farming information
- Extension officers & agricultural experts
- Markets, buyers & contract farming opportunities
- Finance, grants, training & other opportunities
- Farm & business record-keeping tools
- Weather forecasts & climate information
- Service providers & peer networks
- Business and programme insights
And there’s more! The application will be designed with low connectivity, low data consumption and varying levels of digital literacy in mind.
