Over the past year, we have deepened our dedication to becoming an organisation that not only champions youth leadership but also embodies the principles of equitable power-sharing. We are not defined solely by what we accomplish, but by how we achieve it — with purpose, partnership, and the courage to challenge the status quo.
Every initiative we’ve undertaken has been a deliberate step toward redistributing power, ensuring that young people are not just included but are at the forefront of leading solutions in their communities. In 2023/2024, we reached over 92,400 young people across Tanzania through six transformative programmes, while collaborating with 12 partner organisations to scale our impact.
