We are in an era of global peak youth, where we are witnessing the fastest growing youth population in history, and Tanzania is not exempt from this trend. Tanzania’s population is among the youngest in the world, with over 10 million people between the ages of 15 and 24, and a median age of 17 years old.
We believe young people are more active, more informed and globally more connected than ever before, and through this they are able to respond to the urgent development priorities of Tanzania.
In 2019 we supported young people to implement solutions to society’s problems in their communities, and across the world.
