Youth Power at HLPF

Youth Driving the 2030 Agenda.

On the 6th of July, we held an official HLPF side event “Rebuilding the World We Want: Youth Driving the 2030 Agenda”. It was hosted by the Youth Power Panel.

230 young people (under 35) from 53 countries signed up to have a conversation on meaningful youth engagement and youth tokenism online.

Youth should be included and be at the center of policymaking and not handed short-term handouts in order to silence them.
