Support girls’ right to education in Sierra Leone

Get involved in our Power Up campaign by adding your voice.

Restless Development supports young people to lead, and make positive change in the world. In Sierra Leone, young people like Kumba are fighting for their right to an education and to earn a decent living.

Getting an education is important because it opens new doors for you.

Kumba, 17, Sierra Leone.

Young people around the world tell us that making a living is one of the biggest challenges they face.

But how we make a living is hugely determined by our education.

Kumba attended Restless Development literacy, numeracy and business training and was able to set up her own tailoring business, which gives her an independent income.

Stand with girls in Sierra Leone and add your voice to the conversation around access to education.
