We have been on quite a journey over these past four decades – from our origins as Student Partnerships Worldwide (SPW) to becoming Restless Development and beyond. We have worked in every continent on a huge number of issues.  Throughout our journey we have remained focused on one thing: youth-led change.

What’s Restless Development’s magic ingredient? It’s our people, past and present.  This global community of leaders have given their time and skills to change the world for people everywhere. We have now reached 10 million young people. 

If you have been a part of our story at any point over the last 40 years; as a volunteer; a staff member; a trustee; or a supporter, then we want to hear from you.

After all, we have a lot to celebrate. Take the courageous team of young people in Sierra Leone, who helped communities to stop Ebola in its tracks.  Or the groups of young men in India, who taught their peers about periods and how better to support young women.
