Restless Development update on Coronavirus

An update from Restless Development

Read the latest information on how we are responding to the coronavirus pandemic. Donate to our emergency appeal to support young leaders during the crisis. This page was last reviewed and updated 15 April.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and people we work with is our main priority. We are continually monitoring the coronavirus outbreak and working with security and medical experts to ensure their safety. As a result of the pandemic we are adapting our operations and programmes where necessary.

We are working closely with our partners and are following WHO and relevant national government guidance. For more information on coronavirus please visit the WHO website.

Update on ICS

We can confirm that all UK volunteers have arrived back in the UK. This followed our decision to repatriate volunteers working outside their home countries.

Our ICS placements of volunteers are based in Nepal and Uganda, which are currently at low risk for coronavirus.

For more information on the coronavirus and its impact on ICS, please visit the ICS website.
