Restless Development is an agency for youth-led development. Through 10 global hubs, our work is delivered by young people, for young people, giving them the skills and resources to deal with the main issues facing their communities and countries. Tackling unemployment and sexual rights, supporting young people to have a voice, and enabling youth leadership at the heart of development, Restless Development programs are genuinely life-changing.

Restless Development Zimbabwe is taking up the position as national banner carrier for youth-led development; demonstrating at local and national levels that young people can and must lead development. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and support us with this ambitious agenda in our exciting programmes as Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator will develop monitoring and evaluation systems for the organization and oversee the implementation of these systems. He/she will be responsible for disseminating data and reports internally and externally. He/she will also build capacity of staff in monitoring and evaluation and do financial planning and management for the unit.
