Responding to the Priorities of young people with a Model for transformative change, our strategy will pioneer both a new type of decentralised Agency locally driven, globally connected and responding to young people and a Youth Collective allowing thousands of local groups & organisations and millions of young people to lead change.

Based in our Head Office in Harare (with regular travel to other operational locations), the Head of Operations will ensure our team is delivering the highest operational standards as required by our strategy, business plan and annual operational plans and budgets.
You will join at an exciting time, in which we will be working closely with the Country Director, Management Committee and Board to ensure delivery and impact of our Restless Model and Youth Collective. One of the key responsibilities will be to roll out the implementation/integration into the new upcoming strategy.
The successful candidate will be highly systems and process oriented, ensuring that up to date information is available, analysed and acted upon by the management committee to address the level of risks and challenges to the performance of the business units. You must demonstrate the leadership behaviours we expect to see in our Heads (see our values below), and expect to instill a culture of performance and values based leadership across the whole team. Proactive and solution oriented, you will be able to confidently deputies the Country Director and could be potential Director for Restless Development in the future.
