Young people share a restless determination to address the problems that affect them the most. That’s where we come in.
At Restless Development, we’re proud to be the banner carrier for youth-led development, demonstrating from the grassroots to the global policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role in development. As a result, Restless Development is repeatedly cited as a model of best practice in youth-led development by the World Bank, the UK Department for International Development (DFID), UNICEF, UNAIDS and others.
Our people remain at the core of our work, passion and unique identity – we want to be the leading place to work for young professionals in the development sector. The People & Performance unit supports this mission, for over 300 global staff, with 5 Business Plan Goals: talent development, high performance, leader retention, diversity, and values and culture.
The remit of the People & Performance Coordinator will be broad and provide excellent opportunities for personal growth. Working closely with the Head of People & Performance, you will receive on-the-job support and development, and be part of a vibrant and values-led team. The role is well-suited to someone looking for a step-up from an entry-level role, with an interest in people and organisational development, programme management and private sector partnerships.
