The remit of the People & Performance Coordinator will be broad and provide excellent opportunities for personal growth. Working closely with the Head of People & Performance, you will receive on-the-job support and development, and be part of a vibrant and values-led team. The role is well-suited to someone looking for a step-up from an entry-level role, with an interest in people and organisational development, programme management and private sector partnerships.
