Restless Development, on behalf of its PPA Consortium with War Child and Youth Business International, seeks qualified individuals, groups or companies to carry out an evaluation of the ‘Case for Space’, a research and advocacy project which aims to strengthen the environment for child and youth development.
The Consortium is keen to understand the project’s relevance, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as to gain insights into its likely impacts and sustainability. We would like the evaluation to incorporate a process evaluation of i) the project’s youth-led research approach, and (ii) the Consortium’s joint working model, and an assessment of Value for Money. We are looking for someone who has experience in employing creative, innovative methods in evaluating evidence-based advocacy initiatives, who can also help to build the capacity of our three agencies to evaluate our advocacy work more broadly.
The evaluation is likely to comprise two phases - the first in July and August 2015 and the second in late 2015 and early 2016, with the final evaluation report to be submitted by the end of March 2016.
To apply: Please downloads the Terms of Reference for full details of the brief and application process. Bids to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by 9 AM BST Monday 29th June 2015.
