UK – CONSULTANCY ON SETTING UP SYSTEMS FOR IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Closing date: 9am (GMT), February 8th 2016 (Monday) Fee: £5,000 for the completion of the consultancy project Location: London
Young people share a restless determination to address the problems that affect them the most. That’s where we come in. At Restless Development, we’re proud to be the banner carrier for youth-led development, demonstrating from the grassroots to the global policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role in development. As a result, Restless Development is repeatedly cited as a model of best practice in youthled development by the World Bank, the UK Department for International Development (DFID), UNICEF, UNAIDS and others.
Background Restless Development is strengthening its organisational and technical capacity and systems in evaluation to capture the impact of its work on young people both as beneficiaries and volunteers. Our strong monitoring and evaluation system currently shows a tremendous end of project success of our youth-led model.
Rationale Restless Development as youth-led development agency aims to measure the impact of its model and thereby set up a system of undertaking impact assessment of its programmes. Restless Development will start implementing a new global strategy by the end of 2016. This assignment would set up the system and plan for conducting impact assessment, and pilot it with the current global strategy so that it is ready to use during the next strategy.
