We are seeking a talented Ugandan to lead the organisation’s monitoring, evaluation, and research agenda. The Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager will oversee a team of four staff and, through the team, provide technical and capacity-building support in M&E to all programme units and the senior management team. He/she will lead on provision of technical support to research being conducted by different units across the organisation. He/she will oversee all internal and external evaluations, and ensure that the evidence and learning generated is disseminated to internal and external audiences.
