ABOUT the role
Building on 20 years’ experience of working with young people in Uganda, Restless Development Uganda puts youth leadership at the centre of integrated and holistic programmes addressing issues identified by young people and communities. Currently, our team of 65 staff supports over 200 young leaders (Volunteers) in delivering community development initiatives and engaging 30,000 young changemakers in this year alone.
Restless Development Uganda is seeking to recruit two (2) talented Monitoring and Evaluation Officers to coordinate all activities relating to a new project “Youth Power in Governance”. Working with Programme Coordinator and MEL Coordinator, the successful candidate will provide field MEL technical oversight and leadership to support programme teams in the field to lead and drive the MEL work and ensure the smooth running of all M&E systems, processes and activities in their locations in liaison with and update of MEL team at the head office.
