Restless Development is implementing a number of innovative and high profile programmes across the different regions of Uganda and in August 2016 launched a new 15-year vision underpinned by a 5-year strategy. To support the growth and implementation of our new strategy, we are currently seeking to hire one Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to provide Technical oversight and support to an exciting ongoing Youth Motivated Innovations Programme in Karamoja as detailed below.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer -ICS: This post will be located in Moroto with a gross annual salary of UGX 21,11,8,331. Working with Programme Manager and the Programme Officers, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will provide support to ensure the smooth running of all monitoring and evaluation systems, processes and activities in our Moroto programmes. He/she will lead on developing and updating monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems, including tool design, data collection, packaging and disseminating data generated for internal and external use and audiences. He/she will support reporting and planning functions of the programme and oversee the project’s research, evaluation and learning activities and ensure effective management of all project databases.
