Restless Development is a global agency for youth-led development that supports young people to demand and deliver a just and sustainable world for all. Our work is guided by four goals. We work to make sure that young people have a voice (active citizens), realize sexual reproductive health and rights (SRH&R), and are leaders in preventing and solving the world’s challenges.
Restless Development is implementing the International Citizenship Service (ICS) programme, an integrated programme which builds on Restless Development’s youth-led model of social and behavioral change with the ultimate aim of increasing access to SRH&R information, livelihoods opportunities, and active participation in community development. The programme is implemented in 4 sub counties in the districts of Iganga and Kayunga. To effectively implement this programme, we need your support.
Are you a Ugandan aged 18-28? Are you interested in contributing to improving youth sexual reproductive health and rights, and development issues? Are you committed to the principle of volunteering to support community development? Do you have a minimum of A’ Level education? Are you available between 28th August and December 2017?
The deadline for applications is Friday 11th August 2017. Note that we will accept both hard and soft copy applications and due to the large volume of applications we receive, only selected candidates will be contacted for interview. You can email your completed application form to firstname.lastname@example.org send to the Restless Development offices in Jinja or Kampala:
