ABOUT THE ROLE

Restless Development seeks to recruit a dynamic, inspired and innovative Ugandan to fill the role of Assistant People and Performance coordinator (maternity cover). The Assistant People and Performance coordinator (maternity cover) will be required to work with the Head of Restless Development Uganda, Hub Director and Programme Managers to carry out a range of people and performance duties including oversight to administration processes for staff recruitment and selection, staff welfare management, performance management, general people administration and office support as well as policy implementation and reviews.
