ABOUT RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT

We know young people have the power to solve the challenges we face in our world, but they are being sidelined. We are the agency that works with young people so they can lead in solving those challenges. Whether that means supporting communities to end child marriage or prevent HIV, we work with young people to change their lives and the lives of people in their communities. Our programmes are genuinely life-changing, but can’t do any of this without talented, creative individuals at every level of our organisation.

ABOUT the role

Building on 20 years’ experience of working with young people in Uganda, Restless Development Uganda puts youth leadership at the centre of integrated and holistic programmes addressing issues identified by young people and communities. Currently, our team of 65 staff supports over 200 young leaders (Volunteers) in delivering community development initiatives and engaging 30,000 young changemakers in this year alone.

Restless Development Uganda is seeking to recruit a talented individual to fill the position of Assistant Administration and Logistics Coordinator to support in administrative and logistical duties in two key support units: finance and administration; and operations and human resources. This position requires outstanding organisational and administrative abilities and excellent communication skills.
