This report investigates the availability and quality of data on young people in Ghana, to be used for the development of youth policies. It was released in May 2015 in partnership with Youth Empowerment Synergy (YES-Ghana) following an audit of key Ghanaian institutions. The report includes recommendations for effective monitoring and accountability of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Released in September 2014 in partnership with the Overseas Development Institute and Plan UK. This report demonstrates how youth participation, at all levels of decision making, builds good governance structures. It explores the opportunities and the barriers that exist for young people engaging in governance processes and supports a standalone on goal on governance in the post-2015 development agenda, with the role of young people clearly defined as part of this goal.

Created by Restless Development and Plan UK, this toolkit explains why and how young people can be involved in governance and accountability processes and supports young people to build an advocacy plan so that they can influence the post-2015 development process. It has been created to be used in conjunction with a report by Overseas Development Institute, Restless Development and Plan UK called ‘Partners for Change. Youth and Governance in a Post-2015 World’ (September 2014).
In collaboration with UNAIDS, Restless Development is developing a range of resources to support youth-led organisations and young advocates take action as part of the ACT!2015 initiative. We have launched this Advocacy Toolkit to support youth-led organisations to design their own national-level advocacy strategy, to influence national delegations engaged in the inter-governmental phase of Post 2015.
