Our mentoring scheme partners young Alumni with experienced professional Alumni in a 6 month coaching relationship. The scheme gives Restless Development Alumni the unique opportunity to receive career guidance and support from our experienced Alumni professionals. We individually match mentors with young Alumni based on personal experience, interests and career prospects, and we provide ongoing support throughout the mentoring process.
One of our Alumni members, a former ICS volunteer, who was boing mentored by an older Alumni member through our Mentoring Scheme, has been accepted into DFID Graduate Scheme! The selection process was extremely tough and the programme is very competitive. Yet Melanie, with the help of her Alumni Mentor, was successful!
