WHY BE A TEAM LEADER?

Our Team Leaders gain a huge amount from doing ICS, in terms of both personal and professional development.

During my placement I was always so busy with the work itself that it was difficult to find the time to reflect. Looking back, I realise I have developed so much more confidence in myself through supporting and leading a team of young people in the context of a developing country. - Tabby, South Africa Team Leader
