Restless Development has grown significantly over recent years, and has become internationally recognised as a leading light in the youth and international development sector. Responding to the priorities of young people around the world with a model for transformative change, our Global Strategy is pioneering a new type of decentralised agency: Locally driven, globally connected and becoming bigger than the sum of our parts through the Youth Collective, enabling thousands of local groups and organisations and millions of young people to lead change.
Cutting-edge, values-led and dynamic in our culture, we work out of ten global hubs to offer expertise, support and innovation for youth and partners around the globe.
We are Restless. We are unleashing the power of youth to change our world.
As a visionary, innovative and values-led organisation, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead Restless Development in delivering its new strategy, working tirelessly to transform lives, communities and countries around the world. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and strategic management. Our new leader will guide the agency into an exciting new strategic era of expanded reach and impact, and be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a genuine passion for youth-led development to lead an inspiring and dynamic agency as it develops into the future. The successful candidate will bring strategic vision, significant leadership experience, emotional intelligence and financial competence in a challenging economic environment.
