action/2015 is a movement and a campaign to end poverty, inequality and climate change. From Mali to Mexico, Senegal to Sri Lanka, Uganda
to the United Kingdom – people from every region of the world are coming together as action/2015.
In 2015, at two major summits, world leaders must deliver commitments in the interest of people and planet. Young people need to lead this campaign because we are essential to demanding, implementing and achieving ambitious targets for change.

The Global Goals Summit
In September 2015, a major summit was held in New York where a new set of global goals, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), announced at the United Nations to create a sustainable, equal world that is free from poverty.
In December 2015, the second moment will be a chance for world leaders to agree a plan to avoid catastrophic climate change, at the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris (COP21.)
Leaders must make the right decisions at these summits and they must deliver commitments in the interest of people and planet.
